KAVALRI Personalised Diamond Necklace Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: KAVALRI, operated by KAVALRI Prty Ltd, 77 633 704 800, 5/235 Camberwell Road Hawthorn East, VIC 3123 
  2. Eligibility: Open to residents of All Australian States and Territories aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are excluded.
  3. 15 August 2026 -15 January 2027: Entries open on 9am and close on 15 January at 4pm. All times are Melbourne local time.
  4. How to enter: Sign up to the Kavalri Mailing. maximum of one entry per person is permitted. 
  5. Prize: One winner will receive an 18ct personalised gold and diamond pendant necklace valued at $1,590 AUD, including the chain. Personalisation is limited to [available options]. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Draw: One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on 15 January 2027 at 4pm Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
  7. Notification: The winner will be contacted by [email and or telephone] within two business days of the draw. The winner will be announced on [website on 17 Janaury 2027.
  8. Prize fulfilment: KAVALRI will confirm personalisation details with the winner and provide the necklace within 10 days including complimentary delivery to an address within the eligible entry area.
  9. Unclaimed prize: If the prize remains unclaimed by 27 Janaury, a redraw will take place on 2 February 2027 , subject to applicable requirements. The replacement winner will be notified in the same manner.
  10. Privacy: Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and deliver the prize in accordance with KAVALRI’s Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has separately consented.
  11. Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  12. Social media: If promoted on Instagram or Facebook, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with either platform.
